Is it vegan?+

No. There's lanolin in every tube — it comes from sheep's wool, and it's one of the best conditioning ingredients we know of. The beeswax and honey come from bees. We'd rather be upfront about that than quietly hope you don't ask.

What about allergens?+

Several ingredients are tree-nut-derived or commonly grouped with tree nuts: sweet almond oil, coconut oil, shea butter, and mango butter. There's also lanolin (wool-derived). If you have nut or wool sensitivities, please read the full ingredient list — it's on every tube and every product page — and check with your doctor if you're unsure.

Why no "natural flavors"?+

Because "natural flavors" is a lab product wearing a friendly name — a manufactured compound that legally doesn't have to tell you what's in it. We use the actual ingredient instead: a real vanilla bean, real peppermint oil, real honey, real coffee beans. It costs more and we think it's the whole point.

Why can I read every ingredient?+

Because there's nothing to hide. Every ingredient in the tube is named, and on each product page we tell you what it is and why it's there. If we ever couldn't explain an ingredient in one honest sentence, it wouldn't go in.

Is it organic?+

Some ingredients are certified organic, and we say so in the ingredient list where it's true. But we don't call the product "organic," because that word has a legal definition with specific thresholds, and we won't claim more than we can prove. Underclaiming beats overclaiming. That's the whole brand.

How does shipping work?+

Flat [flat rate] anywhere in the US, tracked, usually shipped within 2 business days. No international shipping yet.
