Mango butter
Conditions

Most balms start with petroleum jelly. Ours starts with pure mango seed butter — the biggest ingredient in the tube. It's packed with a rare antioxidant called Mangiferin that helps defend against everyday environmental stress, while conditioning and smoothing dry, cracked lips back to comfortable. It's the exact reason this balm glides on like velvet instead of dragging across dry skin. On the label: Mangifera Indica (Mango) Seed Butter.

Beeswax
Seals moistureFrom the hive

Straight from the hive, premium beeswax acts as a natural barrier. It stops what scientists call TEWL (Transepidermal Water Loss) — a fancy way of saying dry air pulling the moisture right out of your skin. It locks our rich oils in place so they can actually do their job, sealing you off from harsh wind and cold. On the label: Cera Alba.

Lanolin
Conditions

Your skin doesn't really know what to do with synthetic chemicals, but it instantly recognizes lanolin. Sourced humanely from washed sheep's wool, its molecular structure is almost identical to your skin's natural oils. It sinks deep past the surface to deliver plush, crazy long-lasting softness that easily outlasts a single swipe. It's also the honest reason this balm isn't vegan — and we'd rather say so than hide it. On the label: Lanolin.

Castor oil
Seals moisture

If you're tired of reapplying your balm ten times a day, thank castor oil. It's made of 90% Ricinoleic Acid — an incredibly rare fatty acid that cushions and comforts dry, split lips. Because it's naturally dense, it anchors the balm to your lips for hours of heavy-duty hydration and a healthy, clean shine. On the label: Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil.

Jojoba oil
ConditionsLiquid wax

Jojoba isn't actually an oil; it's a liquid wax ester that mirrors your skin's natural oils perfectly. Because your lips recognize it as their own, they drink it right in. It carries the good stuff deep down rather than just sitting lazily on top as a greasy film. On the label: Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil.

Shea butter
Conditions

Say goodbye to rough, textured lips. Pure shea butter is loaded with Phytosterols that help defend against everyday environmental stress. It teams up with our mango butter to smooth away flaky skin and give you that instantly soft, comforting application. On the label: Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter.

Sweet almond oil
Conditions

An exceptionally lightweight oil loaded with natural Vitamin A and zinc. It vanishes into the skin almost instantly, smoothing out those annoying dry patches and leaving your lips feeling deeply nourished without a heavy feel. It's also the oil we steep the calendula in, so it carries that conditioning into the tube. On the label: Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil.

Coconut oil
Conditions

We use unrefined, virgin coconut oil for its perfect melting point — it literally turns to liquid the exact second it touches your lips for a zero-friction application. Plus it's packed with Lauric Acid and melts on contact to leave lips feeling clean, fresh, and comfortable. On the label: Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil.

Glycerin
Draws moisture

A tiny bit of this plant-derived ingredient does a massive amount of heavy lifting. It's a humectant, which means it acts like a sponge — literally pulling moisture straight out of the air and driving it deep into your lips to keep them plump and flexible all day. On the label: Glycerin.

Peppermint oil
Real flavor✓ OrganicDistilled leaf

Organic peppermint essential oil — the real leaf, distilled. It's the clean, cool freshness you taste, and the only mint ingredient in the tube, named right here instead of hidden behind the word "flavor." On the label: Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil.

Vitamin E
Antioxidant

Pure Tocopherol pulls double duty. On your lips, it's rich in antioxidants that help defend against everyday environmental stress. Inside the tube, it naturally keeps our raw butters fresh so the very last swipe out of the tube is just as good as the first. On the label: Tocopherol.

Calendula
HealsSteeped in almond oil

Calendula is a legendary botanical, prized for centuries. We use premium marigold flowers infused into our sweet almond oil to draw out everything they've got — a gentle conditioning botanical that helps keep lips soft, smooth, and comfortable. It's here because it earns its place, not because it looks good on a label. On the label: Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract.

Why We Are Proudly Non-Vegan

Let's be completely transparent. Because this formula uses the unmatched conditioning powers of pure lanolin, raw honey, and natural beeswax, our balm is not vegan. We chose not to swap these highly compatible ingredients for synthetic petroleum or plastic waxes just to check a marketing box. No animals are ever harmed — our wool is gently sheared, and our local San Diego bees are treated like royalty. We choose real results over passing trends.

The Stuff We Will Never Use

Your lips absorb what you put on them. You will never find these industrial fillers in our tubes:

  • Petroleum & Mineral Oilrefinery byproducts that just sit on the surface instead of conditioning.
  • Synthetic Fragrances & "Flavor"lab chemicals hiding behind a friendly label.
  • Parabens & Phthalatesharsh artificial preservatives.
  • Artificial Colorantssynthetic dyes that add color and nothing else.
